Sr. Engineer, CI

Ø Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

· Establishes CI Profit Plan and subsequent Forecast goals and drives team to achieve.

· Generates all Best Business Practice (BBP) reports of total Thailand Operation performance to support Monthly Performance, all Quarter Forecasts and Profit Plan.

· Identifies gap of Operation performance which one related/ impacted to Operation cost and be the champion/facilitator to close the GAP with the team or improve Operation performance by using Lean Principle/Tools, AMS, LPA,5S to Problem Solving and improve by systematic thinking.

· Drives and supports best practice sharing and implementation across business units within Thailand operations.

· Drives and supports 5S initiative to ensure that improvements are sustained and entrenched with the business.

· Uses standard tracking and reporting systems, will prepare detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of product / process quality, and savings goals.

· Drives and support AMS Maturity to get achievement in business goals.

· Perform duties that have been assigned by AMS&CI Manager, Thailand

· Support for plant activities to achieve plant objective and goals

· Communicating to keep update the safety finding often about safety, injury prevention the objective and target achievement.

· Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: AMS, Safety plan tour,

· Lesson learnt implementation, HSE training, Suggestion, near miss report, safety week, wear proper PPE.

· Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe. Also, that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied.

Ø Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Engineer Management or any related field.

· 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing field with strong continuous improvement mindset

· 5+ years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing system or TPS or TPM or CI

· Skill in process improvement.

· Skill in leadership or coaching

· Skill in problem solving and communication.

· Skill in computer.
