Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Manage and mentor the Lead Vets and the senior leadership team at our practice.

Dedicated Leadership Time: Enjoy dedicated leadership time built into your weekly schedule.

Clinical Duties: Engage in a diverse mix of patient care, surgery, and consultations, ensuring case continuity and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

Your role will be both exciting and varied, combining leadership responsibilities with hands-on clinical work. You'll have the opportunity to influence and shape our growing practice while working with a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

Facilities:

Modern, Purpose-Built Practice: Featuring 7 consult rooms, digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, in-house lab, ECG, dental x-ray, and a physiotherapist-led hydrotherapy tank.

24-Hour Care: Supported by a dedicated Out-of-Hours team providing around-the-clock on-site care.

Accreditations: A progressive RCVS accredited Veterinary Hospital, awarded Gold ISFM Cat-Friendly Clinic and Silver Rabbit-Friendly status.

The Team:

Professional Expertise: A team of 21 Vet Surgeons and 22 Veterinary Nurses, supported by a fantastic front-of-house and senior management team.

Specialized Interests: The team includes certificate holders in medicine, ECC, and exotics, and we encourage and support further certifications.
