An established refurbishment main contractor with a great reputation are looking for a Site Manager deliver on a Prime Refurbishment in the heart of Notting hill.

It’s a largely Fit out focused project - no heavy structural, so – Soft Strip, Hard Strip, underpinning a lift shaft, new lift, new stair case, then full refurb.

It’s a great opportunity to get in with a contractor who’ll show you the ropes when it comes to a more typical Basement + Refurb projects after you move on from finishing this one.

The company

The company specialises in high-end / prime residential refurbishments in London. Typically they’ll contain a basement dig or lowering + a nice refurb / extension.

The company have a strong pipeline of works, are growing and put a lot into nurturing their talent.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site manager will be based on Site in Notting Hil.

The project is a £3 million - Soft Strip, Hard Strip, underpinning a lift shaft, new lift, new stair case, then full refurb.

The role will be largely focused on driving the site forward day to day with a project manager supporting on the admin, programme side

You’ll have both a visiting Projects manager and Construction director to support you.

The Site Manager – Requirements

High end residential refurbishment experience £1Million + budgets

Experiences in complex refurbishments with High End Finishes

Good people management experience

Excellent organisational skills
