Key Responsibilities

Daily support of a team of Recruiters

Creating and entering new job requisitions into our Applicant Tracking System, SAP Success Factors

Assist in background check, drug screen, and new hire paperwork issues

Assist in interview scheduling

Offload what is possible from the recruiters to enable them to fill more roles

What you’ll need to succeed

Previous experience as a recruiting or HR administrator strongly preferred

Solid verbal, oral and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and prioritization abilities

Effective time-management abilities

Ability to handle a high volume of a variety of administrative tasks and a strong sense of urgency

Experience using Excel

Amenable to work in Pasig with a hybrid set up and mid shift schedule
