Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day sales to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Address customer issues and concerns promptly.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

Prepare weekly sales reports for senior management.

Use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or 3 years experience in sales.

Passionate car enthusiast with extensive knowledge of vehicle brands

Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or in a similar sales role.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service and customer experience practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to analyze sales performance

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
