Job Description

Hiring: Restaurant/Hospitality Manager, Full-Service High Volume

Pay: up to $67k + 20% Bonus (Quarterly)

Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ

Responsibilities·

Leads the team in providing exceptional hospitality for guests

General operational responsibilities

Coach and develop team and drive Associate engagement

Closely monitor restaurant standards and compliance with safety regulations

Maintain sales growth, cost management and profit growth

Skills

Excellent leader with strong guest-oriented and service-minded skills

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Sound decision making and efficient problem solving

High level of initiative, motivation and teamwork

Time management and deadline oriented

Ability to multitask

Requirements

5+ years experience Full-Service, High Volume Restaurant or Big Box Retail Management

Education: High school diploma or higher

Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality is a plus
