Project Manager for Senior Living Management Team

Continental Senior Communities is ready to hire an experienced Project Manager, full-time for our home office, located in beautiful Powell, Ohio. We are expanding and looking for the perfect candidate to lead, guide, direct, manage, and organize our work teams to execute defined targets and goals.

Other job duties include:

Lead projects from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.

Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases.

Manage projects that include business development (acquisitions), system conversions, technology initiatives, and key growth projects

The optimal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in business or project management-related field. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 10 years experience working in the senior living industry

Direct experience leading, guiding, and organizing multiple projects at once from inception to finish.

Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing and motivating a team.
