Framing Carpenters/Remodelers

Job Description

We are seeking Residential Construction Workers with focus on prep and detail to join our team! We are a General Contractor focused on remodeling apartment units, looking for full time workers who are experienced in carpentry, framing, drywall, paint, tile, cabinet installation, general finish with some electrical and plumbing. Positions are for piece-work. The work is fast paced with the majority of the work being concentrated in San Mateo & San Francisco Bay Area.

Somos un contratista general centrado en la remodelación de unidades de apartamentos, se busca trabajadores de tiempo completo con experiencia en carpintería, enmarcado, instalación de yeso, pintura, azulejos, instalación de gabinetes, acabados generales con algo de electricidad y plomería. Las posiciones son para el trabajo a destajo. El trabajo es rápido y la mayor parte del trabajo se concentra en San Mateo y el Área de la Bahía de San Francisco.

General Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential construction, with a strong attention to detail

• Capable of managing and coordinating multiple tasks

• Self starter with excellent communication and organization skills

• Demolish interior apartments

• Read blue prints/plans to frame new walls, door frames, structural support

• Hang sheetrock, tape and mud

• Texture and Paint

• Minimal electrical and plumbing preferred (outlet/light connections, hookup ptraps and faucets)

• Remodel kitchen and bathrooms

• Install new kitchen/bathroom cabinets, appliances

• Install flooring: tile, laminate, baseboard

• Install doors, trims, finishes

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and do what is needed to complete the job

• Complete the work within the given contracted time frame

• Work only within the allowed timeframe assigned by the Client

• Positive attitude, good communication skills

• Ability to communicate with superiors and subordinates

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Proficient in using a smart phone

• Reliable transportation

• Must have own tools
