Tierra Environmental Services, Inc is a family owned business seeking an Office Services Assistant to join our team. This position will support administrative departments in providing service to our clients.
Duties include but are not limited to: sales functions such as taking incoming service requests, generating physical mailings, online sales inquiries; client billing, organizing documents, scanning, printing and emailing various documents; client billing through service systems.
Requirements:
One year office experience
Ability to work in Word and Excel and basic computer functions
Exceptional customer service skills with attention to details
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills
