Be member of a global Ayvens IT division delivering BPM solutions for several subsidaries around the world
Participate in designing and implementation of IT solutions for Ayvens
Create requirement specification, collect and document business requirements
Create user and technical documentation
Application testing, preparation of a test plan, conducting testing
Taking project administrator roles, participate in creating and updating project plan, communicate with project members
Organize training and presentations for business users
University degree
1-3 years experience as business analyst and/or in project administration
Industry experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Precise administration
Independent,problem solving personality
SQL experience, knowing reporting systems is an advantage
Microsoft Office and Visio knowledge
Intermediate English knowledge
