We're currently seeking experienced Larder Chefs to fill a number of casual positions in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for cooking, strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene processes and be able to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
As larder chef your duties will include:
Preparing fresh fruit, vegetables and meats
Preparing salads
Following instructions from the chef
Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
Assist with stock control
Adhering to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures related to food service
Requirements
Must have own knife set
Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
OR Minimum 2 years professional experience as a cook/larder chef
Impeccable presentation and grooming standards
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
