We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients and traditional recipes to create a dining experience that transports our guests straight to Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, and other classic recipes.
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Assist in menu planning and development.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with good communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Relevant culinary qualifications or training is a plus.
