Our client is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in assisting foreign investors and startups to establish their businesses in Nigeria. The company's services cover Business Registration, Regulatory Licenses, Immigration & Travel, Legal & Secretarial, and HR Support.
The client is seeking to hire a digitally savvy Personal Assistant to provide proactive and professional support to the MD. This role will be most suitable for someone with the ability to thrive in a very fast-paced work environment and one who can multitask and possess good problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities may include but may not be limited to:
§ Manage the MDs’ calendars and set up meetings and appointments
§ To proactively take responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the MD’s work are effectively supported and managed.
§ Arranging and managing meeting invitations - internally and externally, making travel arrangements as required, and managing itineraries effectively.
§ Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
§ Make travel and accommodation arrangements Any other duties as assigned by the MD
Requirements
§ First degree in any relevant field from a reputable university
§ 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant
§ Must be digital and social media savvy
§ Ability to take initiative and good problem-solving skills
§ Must possess a strong work ethic and astute professional by nature
§ Must have a tenacious approach and must be able to work well with people Ability to multi-task and must be self-driven
§ Strong knowledge of MS Office
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Compensation: Starting Salary is N150,000.00 monthly net + other interesting benefits
