Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Behavior Technician/RBT:

Are you passionate about making a tangible impact in the lives of others? Do you thrive in environments that challenge you to blend compassion with expertise? Zaba Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician works 1:1 in learner homes and in the community delivering ABA programming for children with autism.

* Compensation: $21 to $26 Hourly

* Location: Waterbury or Bristol, CT

What We're Looking For:

Must Have 1 yr. of experience providing ABA to children with autism

Must have a 4-year college degree in a related field

Must be able to arrive on time and avoid cancellations

MUST HAVE Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis procedures that include:

Discrete trials

Response Interruption and Redirection

Differential Reinforcement

Shaping

Pairing existing reinforcers with neutral items/activities to create new reinforcers continually

Conducting preference assessments

Naturalistic teaching procedures

Pivotal Response Training

Incidental Teaching Procedures

Teaching Interaction Procedure (for complex social skills).
