MERCHANDISER COORDINATOR - Manila Coverage

· Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.

· Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).

· Promote the client’s products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner

· Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills

· Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives, and the whole team

· Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings

· Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets

· Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan concerning the objective of the team and the priorities of the client

· Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlet

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

College graduate of any course

Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: sales, retail, merchandise, or promotions

Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation

Able to do fieldwork

Able to use Zoom or G Meet or Teams for virtual meeting

Special Qualification:

Preferably with a motorcycle and driver's license
