Responsibilities

He/she will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals seeking to improve their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in counseling/clinical psychology with an MA in Psychology.

Conducts Counseling and Behavioral Coaching on both a 1:1 and Group basis, occasionally with Critical Cases

Holds Licenses as applicable to Philippine laws & accreditation to practice.

Conducts Emergency sessions as needed

Conducts Monthly group sessions/wellness activities

Conducts Daily Floor walks, where the operations floor is checked everyday to see how everyone is doing

Qualifications

Graduated at least a Master's Degree in Psychology or Guidance and Counseling

At least 2-3 years of Clinical Psychology or Counseling Experience, during which they provided 1:1, and designed and delivered group-based interventions.

Excellent co unselling skills, with an emphasis on empathy and behavioral coaching, and comfort with handling Critical Cases

Proficient Microsoft Office skills for keeping track of client analytics

Hold accreditation / registration /practitioner status with a valid related license, such as Registered Psychologist, Registered Psychometrician, and Registered Guidance Counselor

Willing to be deployed On-site in either Alabang or BGC, Taguig (to the candidate's choice)
