Job Description:

Review of Book-keeping and Finalisation of Financial Statements for EMEA and APAC countries.

Prepare journal entries like prepaid amortization, depreciation, accruals, and other necessary adjustments.

Reviewing AP invoices, intercompany transactions, billing and all other month-end related tasks.

Management of Statutory Audit for countries from managing PBC data and Audit coordination with different teams to signing and filing off Audit report.

Management of all compliances for countries including Secretarial, Tax, Statutory and other related compliances.

Finalisation of differences between US GAAP books with that of local GAAP.

Prepare flux and variances analysis on YoY basis and US GAAP vs Local GAAP.

Working with the team for review of all PBCs requirements and meeting the stringent Audit deadlines.

Working with team for review of all reconciliations and work on GL observations.

Working with team on Global Fixed assets, review of reconciliations and related reporting tasks.

Management of all Floqast reconciliations and checklist with team.

Global SOX compliances as applicable to the handled processes.

Any other additional task or tasks incidental to any of the above.

Build effective relationship within the team and outside counterparts.

Timely meeting with Cross Functional Team and update about changes of Policy and procedures and understanding their Issues / support required.

Minimum Qualifications:

CA or ACCA, 4-6 years of experience
