Digital Marketing Manager

This is a remote position.Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Work Set-up: Hybrid/Work From Home

Salary: Php 80,000.00 – Php 120,000.00

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH Time

Note: Hybrid (at least 2 days Work onsite) or WFH (but hired candidates should be okay going in the office for team collaboration once or twice a month)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and marketing campaign reach.

• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of email newsletters and promotional offers.

• Analyze and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns.

• Create and manage automated workflows with multiple sequences

Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Manager:

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a business-related field.

• Atleast 5 of experience in digital marketing and advertising.

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Da Vinci and related platforms

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
