Job Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO by efficiently managing communication channels, scheduling meetings, and providing valuable insights to enhance productivity. Your ability to organize tasks, anticipate needs, and maintain clear communication will be essential in facilitating the CEO's daily operations and strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's inbox by sorting and prioritizing emails for action or delegation.
Coordinate meetings, ensuring they are opportunities for relationship-building and collaboration rather than mere transactions.
Utilize Karbon email management system to streamline communication and task organization.
Review incoming emails, categorizing them as urgent, non-urgent, or potential large sales deals, and providing actionable insights to the CEO.
Take on additional responsibilities and functions as the role evolves to support the CEO and company's needs effectively.
Requirements
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to coordinate tasks and represent the CEO professionally
Capacity to work independently while also following directions and priorities set by the CEO.
Develop a deep understanding of the CEO's preferences, priorities, and goals to anticipate needs and provide proactive support.
Actively listen to the CEO's instructions and feedback to ensure tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
Ability to carry out tasks with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
