Description:

Prospecting/self-generation of leads across various industries and target markets.

Research and administration to maintain an active and relevant sales pipeline consistently.

Actively identify new sales and business opportunities.

Implement marketing and sales plans, monitoring and reporting on effectiveness.

Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales closures.

Expand product reach, upsell, and cross-sell.

Engage with senior management (Chiefs, VPs, Directors, etc.).

Resolve client escalations to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Foster internal relationships with colleagues across all regions of the organisation.

Stay updated on industry and product knowledge to provide clients with insights and expertise.

Ensure external communications and marketing materials adhere to company standards.

Negotiate financial, legal, and commercial aspects of contract documents for closure.

Attend industry trade and consumer events and network.

Complete complex sales tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Must have written and spoken proficiency in BOTH English and Mandarin

Must possess a minimum of 6 years of expertise in the B2B sales process, particularly in consultative selling rather than transactional methods.

Demonstrated experience in selling risk management and/or HR-related services, with an extensive personal network of human resources and/or corporate compliance decision-makers.

Desirable to have experience in sales to multinational clients.

Experience in managing participation in Client RFPs and closing complex deals with lengthy sales cycles.

Proven track record of successfully introducing an existing service/proposition to a new market.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics to monitor and manage leads and pipeline.

Exhibits a thorough understanding of company products/services.
