We’re looking for a top-notch accounting technician with a love of all things procurement to join our finance team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to Supervisor, Finance, you’ll issue purchase orders, track and expedite purchases while working with internal departments and external vendors.

Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing recommendations.

Liaison with Vendors for accounting discrepancies, organize returns to vendors and inform pricing errors.

Prepare projections and purchasing plans.

Produce data relating to various statistical analysis.

You have an inquisitive mind and love coming up with new ways to tackle a challenge and dig deeper to find the perfect solution.

Deadlines? No sweat. You’ve got mad time management skills, so you always deliver on time.

You think that important stories are buried in numbers, and you want to be the one that finds them.

While you work well on your own, you also enjoy being part of a team.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

You have or are close to having a post-secondary degree in accounting or business.

Familiar with ERP Systems or Microsoft Dynamics AX.

You’re a quick learner with a strong work ethic.

2 years related experience.
