Cashier

Fox Motors has a Cashier opening in Novi, MI at Cadillac of Novi.

You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing support to the office manager and dealership teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Cashier is a team player that compiles and maintains records of the business transactions and office activities of the dealership.

As Cashier you are responsible for preparing a variety of accounting statements and reports for the management team.

Fox Motors is looking for a Cashier that loves helping others, has a desire to grow and is detail oriented.

This is an entry level position.

Key responsibilities include the following.

Others may be assigned.

* Prepares and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.

* Records orders for merchandise, supplies, or service.

* Receives, counts, and pays out cash.

* Computes wages, taxes, premiums, commissions, and payments.

* Provides backup support for any accounting or service clerical position on an as-needed basis.

* Handles special accounting projects as instructed by the office manager.

* Maintains office equipment (i.e., copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.). Trains dealership personnel in its use and troubleshoots problems.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Detail oriented.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft systems.
