Job Summary

PREEMINENT is seeking a Part-Time Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for drafting and coordinating schedules to ensure efficient operations at each assigned client facility. This person will serve as a primary contact between front line employees and operations. Responsible for establishing schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.

Responsibilities

Drafts and maintains master distribution schedule for the assigned facility; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.

Identify on call backups in the event that an employee calls out.

Performs other related duties, as required.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience drafting and maintaining schedules for more than 100 employees.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven people skills required, must have ability to work with and lead/supervise others while effectively handling internal pressures
