Pay: $16 per hour
Hours: We ask that candidates who apply be flexible regarding scheduled hours. We have partnered with a 24/7 operation, and this role will require you to work various shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Functions:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding roadside assistance services through phone calls, emails, or online chat platforms.
Gather relevant information from customers to assess their needs accurately and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of assistance to customers in need.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
Educate customers on available services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and exceed performance targets.
Handle escalated issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
