Description Your Role The Senior Tax Analyst will support Victoria's Secret & Co worldwide tax provision computation and reporting; support the preparation of domestic tax compliance; research and draft technical tax memos; and assist with corporate income tax initiatives.

Your Impact * Prepare and review workpapers and returns for federal and state tax obligations in an efficient manner to ensure compliance with tax laws * Assist with preparation of the quarterly and year end worldwide tax provision including utilizing One Source Tax Provision to compute the tax provision * Prepare legal entity journal entries * Prepare cash forecast and quarterly estimates * Prepare state apportionment and perform detail analysis of state modification to federal return * Perform tax research and prepare supporting memos for federal and state tax positions as required * Research, analyze, prepare, and maintain book to tax differences to account for business and law changes through a process improvement lens * Facilitate and participate in special projects and analysis as necessary; keep projects on schedule and communicate project status, challenges and recommend solutions to management * Provide assistance to federal and state tax audit as required Click here for benefit details related to this position.

Minimum Salary: $82,500.00 Maximum Salary: $112,665.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.

Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications Your Experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting required * CPA certificate, or working towards certification required * Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate income taxation is required with experience with large consolidated and multi-state corporations * Experience in public accounting is highly preferred * Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to walk through analysis and solutions with management and business partners * Excellent project management skills and proven ability to multi-task within a collaborative and fast-moving environment * Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements * High level of insight and analytical skills are necessary * Experience with automated tax systems (OneSource) and web-based research applications (Checkpoint, BNA) is desired * Experience with Alteryx is desired An equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate in hiring or terms and conditions of employment because of an individual's race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy, genetic information, marital status or any other protected category recognized by state, federal or local laws.
