Pay: $16 per hour Hours: We ask that candidates who apply be flexible regarding scheduled hours.
We have partnered with a 24/7 operation, and this role will require you to work various shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Functions: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding roadside assistance services through phone calls, emails, or online chat platforms.
* Gather relevant information from customers to assess their needs accurately and provide appropriate solutions.
* Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of assistance to customers in need.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
* Educate customers on available services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and exceed performance targets.
* Handle escalated issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
* Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
