Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduler, Dispatcher, and Administrative Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our service delivery by managing schedules, dispatching technicians, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technician time and resources.

Dispatch technicians to service calls, providing them with the necessary job details and logistics.

Maintain and update the scheduling database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparation of reports.

Process customer service requests, from initial contact through to assignment of technicians.

Monitor and manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for service calls.

Assist in billing, invoicing, and other financial administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a similar administrative role, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
