As a Cage Shift Manager you are responsible for tracking process by ensuring all Cage accounting activities on your shift are preformed accurately.

You will manager a team that incudes Cage Cashiers, Cage Main Bankers, and Cage Supervisors.

Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Cage Shift Manager: * Carry out management responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training team members; scheduling and motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.

* Ensure that all Cage department accounting activities on the assigned shift are performed accurately, efficiently, and within laws and regulations including but not limited to Title 31 documentation.

* Implement department goals to improve guest service and financial and operational efficiencies.

* Ensure the smooth operation of all Cage areas on assigned shift including but not limited to Cage Cashier bankrolls, and ticket redemption units on the floor, the vault, and any other Cage Operated areas.

What you need: * The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

* A high school diploma or equivalent.

* Four years of progressively responsible, related experience.

A related Bachelor's degree can take the place of 2 years of experience.

A related Associate's degree can take the place of 1 year of experience.

* One year of managerial experience Even better if you have one or more of the following: * Previous experience using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
