Hotel Maintenance Technician 1

We are in search of a committed and proficient Hotel Maintenance Technician 1 to become an integral part of our vibrant Resort Operations team.

The ideal candidate will undertake a crucial role in upholding the resort's facilities, guaranteeing a secure and pleasurable experience for our guests.

This position encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities, including preventive maintenance, problem-solving, and addressing guest inquiries promptly and effectively.

* Execute engineering projects as directed by resort leadership.

* Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the optimal functioning of resort facilities.

* Perform basic tasks such as painting, caulking, and repairing wall damages.

* Troubleshoot and address plumbing issues in toilets, tubs, jacuzzis, showers, faucets, and sinks.

* Reset breakers and GFCIs, replace bulbs, and determine voltage using appropriate tools.

* Install, replace, and troubleshoot TVs, remotes, and other electronics.

* Troubleshoot appliances, replace minor components, and assist in full replacements as needed.

* Actively participate in the procurement and inventory process to ensure materials and tools are readily available.

* Utilize resort operations devices and software effectively (e.g., HotSOS). * Follow safety guidelines and practices while recognizing and identifying potential hazards.

* Embrace additional responsibilities as delegated by management to contribute to the overall success of the guest experience.
