* Screen all customer contacts for service needs, including crisis situations, and process calls accordingly.

* Schedule customers for their first-time appointments for Outpatient and Psychiatric Services.

* Check availability for Initial Visits, Rafins, and Intra-Agency Requests for Concurrent Services for Outpatient and Psychiatric providers in the Southwest Region.

Maintain appointment system and schedule clients appropriately.

* Perform all clerical tasks related to office functioning: sending appointment letters, appointment reminders, filing, reports, activity logs, data entry, and timely updates to tracking systems.

* Utilize various websites and software systems to verify client insurance eligibility and referral sources.

* Adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times when dealing with customers and co-workers.
