gpac is assisting one of our clients is who is looking for an experienced Demolition Estimator to join their team in Detroit Michigan!

Demolition Estimator Requirements:

7+ years of estimating project costs for demolition and excavation projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to determine scope and requirements.

Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and evaluate potential challenges.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of projects

Monitor project progress and make adjustments to estimates as necessary

MUST know how to estimate five-story steel frames building and know how to price commercial interior demolition projects.
