Responsibilities:

Serve as Tier 2 support for all hardware and software requests and resolve the requests within the established SLA or escalate as needed.

Identify and address process bottlenecks to improve efficiency in resolving IT-related tickets.

Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint hardware, software, network, AV, and other device issues by running diagnostics and documenting problems and resolutions.

Procure, deploy, and manage assets utilizing Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment and verification processes.

Maintain inventory of all the assets.

Troubleshoot macOS and Windows-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Document discovered issues and follow proper escalation channels for resolution.

Utilize ClickUp for analytics/reporting and project management.

Administer SaaS applications, including G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Okta, etc.,

Understand team priorities and effectively prioritize tasks.

Build connections with stakeholders across various departments to foster collaboration and partnership.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an IT support role.

Expertise with Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms.

Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows systems with familiarity with JamF and Intune.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with project management tools and analytics/reporting platforms.

Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong service orientation and passion for helping people

Ability to learn new processes while keeping knowledge of current IT trends up-to-date.

Flexible to accommodate shifting schedules.
