The Lead Pharmacist – Medicines Strategy will provide expert professional knowledge and skills to oversee, identify and strategise opportunities for the efficient and effective use of medications at Western Health . Specific tasks include the oversight of PBS operations and pharmacy contributions to the Western Health Drugs and Therapeutics Committee.

Monitoring and evaluating potential medication related financial opportunities and in consultation with stakeholders, developing and assisting with their implementation.

Overseeing and assisting the Out of Stocks Pharmacist to maximise patient medicine access and minimise the supply chain risk.
