Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

Give quick support to the merchant, solve the issue, and escalate to the correct department

Make the withdrawals analysis, send the payment proof correctly, and also identify possible system errors

Make the approvals of pending payments that still need to be settled by the system.

Analyze the not found payment escalating them to the processor.

Make the payments conciliation of the active PSPs, identifying and approving the received ones.

Proceed with the payment refunds as needed.

Core Competencies and Skills:

Good knowledge of the product, ability to handle more complex problem-solving, enhanced merchants' service skills, familiarity with internal company processes

Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets to check payment statements and reconciliation

Have proactivity, agile, and excellent communication with merchants
