As a MARKETING MANAGER, you will be responsible in handling the following:
• Launch and implement Ayala Malls initiated events and promos including
local and international shows, mall-wide sales, family events in the quality
standard of the Commercial Business Group
• Help achieve mall venue rent income target and marketing recoveries
including sponsorship and other opportunities
• Handle communication and PR efforts to increase awareness of Ayala
initiated and mall-initiated events and promos
• Assist merchants in the conceptualization of specific marketing programs to
promote their brand and branch in the mall
The candidate for this position must have/be:
• Candidate must possess a College Degree in any Business Course, preferably
in Marketing or Communications
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, fast-learner,
proficient in English, experience in organizing events, good communication
skills, multi-tasker
• Willing to work weekends and open to handle Operations functions
• Preferably 5+ years Experienced Employees specializing in
Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Graphic design and digital media editing skills preferable
