Accounting Clerk

Responsible for all BIR compliance such as monthly, quarterly and annual filing of VAT, withholding tax on compensation and expanded (BIR Form 1601E/C, 1702Q, 2550M/Q, 1604E, 2316, 0605, Alphalist and VAT Relief)

Prepares monthly summary on Government Contributions such as SSS, HDMF, Philhealth contributions and loans remittance

Responsible for safekeeping of all Accounting and BIR files

Prepares the summary of expenses monthly

Responsible for Annual Preparation of ITR, FS, GIS, and Business permits.

Monitoring of monthly sales of the companies

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

With work experience in accounts payable, and handling of BIR payments and the like.

Must have extensive experience managing AP, Financial Reporting, TAX/BIR Functions

Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Word

Work location is at New Manila, Quezon City, near Robinson's Magnolia. Applicant must have no transportation problem

Have good organization skills and memory

Willing to start ASAP
