Sales Development Specialist

Description :

Assisting the Leads for conceptualizing plans and promotional calendar whether monthly/quarterly and yearly in collaboration with vendors.

Setting up and conducting meetings with the supplier business review/alignment of targets with vendors and negotiation of items.

Collaborate and discuss with the vendor for new beauty product buys, target cost and discounts/SRP and margin & any form of sales-generating activities.

Check and Review product cost according to the agreed price change lead-time with the vendor ensuring price changes are within the acceptable (price increase %).

Collaborate with each other to ensure smooth and seamless product delivery and launches. Likewise, applying an end-to-end process by checking and monitoring results of the product launch in coordination with the Stores during the after the launch/promotion.

Check and collaborate with Operations, status of supplier equipment (that will be used for product highlight and in-store activities) to ensure successful results.

Check the 100% availability before and during the start of launch/promotion, by getting the commitment of the vendor to secure stocks especially during the time of promotion/launch.

Conduct a regular market and competitor check to get awareness on the latest market trend to ensure that we (PFM) is aligned and Up for competition.

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Field.

1 to 2 years of experience related to fashion and beauty products.

With Market research experience and competitor analysis.

Experience in salesforce and sales navigator

Good communication skills and public speaking
