Position: ESL Teacher

Responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate courses for non-native English speakers.

Utilize diverse activities and methods, supported by AI tools, to enhance students' speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.

Create individualized educational plans tailored to each student's unique needs.

Evaluate student progress through homework assignments and assessments, with AI-powered grading assistance.

Build positive relationships with parents and collaborate with fellow teachers, utilizing AI-based resources, to support student development.

Foster a calm and positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth, with the aid of AI-driven feedback and personalized learning recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an ESL teacher, delivering effective language instruction.

Strong command of the English language, including speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any field.

Familiarity with utilizing AI tools and resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials, incorporating AI-based learning elements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Positive and patient demeanor with a passion for education and English language teaching.
