Telephone Operator

We are urgently in need of a Telephone Operator for a 5-star hotel located in Makati.Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls to answer inquiries, refer caller to other departments, troubleshoot problems or providing information.

- Respond to incoming calls in an appropriate manner, based on call type and content.

- Help customers by providing information about rates and services offered by the company.

- Maintain records of customer interaction and transactions.

- Ensure customers’ satisfaction by providing accurate information in a timely manner.

Qualification:

- College Graduate

- Prior experience in the same field

- Good communication skill

- Pleasing personality
