Duties and Responsibilities
Receives Confirmation of Account documents together with supporting invoices from Accounting Department.
Reviews Confirmation of Account and supporting documents.
Proceeds to area of audit destination.
Confirms account balances with clients
Documents audit findings together with the necessary recommendation for management’s information and guidance.
Submits detailed audit report to management
Assists PMRs in following up collection process of their problematic accounts on a case to case basis.
Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, errors, fraud or non-compliance to company policies.
Report to management about asset utilization and audit results and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
To protect the company from possible losses and fraud.
Reviews and evaluates aging of receivables and assists Accounting Dept. and management in following up collection among PMRs.
Ensures that AR records of AHSIC Accounting matches client’s records.
Conducts post audit of receivables and monitors collection.
Conducts year end physical inventory count.
Preparation of contracts (MOA, Tie-Up, Lease to Own, Conditional Deed of Sale, Preventive Maintenance and other kinds of contract.)
Update of Monthly reports such as Earned Incentive Leaves, Pending and Notarized Contracts.
Attends court hearings in the absence of the Admin. & Legal Officer on a case to case basis.
Preparation of inventory tags, forms and reconciliation documents.
Assists in the preparation and dissemination of collection/demand letters to non-moving accounts.
Makes sure all the assets of the company are recovered.
Makes sure that through audit, prevention of legal problems is prevented.
Makes sure that all collections are properly remitted.
Qualification
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Board or non-board passer.
No experience required.
Computer literate.
Can work under pressure.
With good communication and inter-personal skills.
Good with grammar with the English language.
Willing to travel.
Honest & trustworthy.
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
