Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve

• Assess customer’s needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies

• Comply operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety and security

• Keep equipment working by following operating instructions, carrying out preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting breakdowns

• Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations

• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent

• At least 1 year of working experience as a barista with excellent coffee knowledge

• With outstanding customer service skills and customer service oriented

• Good personality and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills
