Conducts preventive maintenance on machines.
Conducts troubleshooting and repair on machines.
Conducts alignment, calibration and quality control on machines.
Conducts checking and testing of machines prior to delivery.
Conducts evaluation of machines.
Make sure that all deployed machines are functional and operational.
To immediately fix/repair problems in machines.
Cascade to technical supervisor if the machine problem is beyond knowledge.
Give assistance to end-user if support is needed.
Perform preventive maintenance once a month to ensure machine condition.
Perform orientation, demo, and actual running of the machine with the end-user.
Request immediate back-up unit of the machine once the problem cannot be fixed on time.
Monitor and observe if machine is running whenever visiting the account.
Checking of Reagent expiration dates.
Sending weekly reports to technical head/supervisor.
Updating technical supervisor and end-user after machine has been fixed.
Reminding end-user how to operate and maintenance of machines.
Qualification
Graduate of B.S. Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Board or non-board passer
Fresh graduate. No experience required
Computer literate
Good in troubleshooting
Patient and hard-working
Fast learner & willing to learn
Able to handle pressure
Well mannered

Adaptable and flexible

Willing to travel to any part of the country
