Waitess (Abroad - Oman)

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables

Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items

Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals

Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Prepare and serve drinks, including alcoholic beverages, in accordance with established procedures

Handle payment transactions, process bills, and provide accurate change

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next customers

Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies and assisting colleagues
