Job Summary
In charge of ensuring that new application systems are implemented smoothly through project and requirements management.
Ensures that all IT incidents and charge request are handled in a timely and appropriate manner by managing the Local Help/Service Desk (both internal and external parties)
Takes charge in smooth systems operations by managing, coordinating or delivering systems maintenance of local systems and ERP.
Makes sure that incident, change and problem related to systems are handled in a timely and appropriate mannger by carrying out the Local Help Desk for ERP and delivering on time supports to all APC systems users including, but not limited to proper coordination with vendors as well as proper incident documentations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Information Technology and Computer Science
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Application development and IT Project Management (SDLC, WBS, Project Charter, etc.)
Knowledgable in SAP is preferable (SD, FI, PP, MM process in SAP)
Required Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Business Analysis (Workflows, Role & Responsbility Matrix)
Relational Database (SQL statement, Data Modelling using ERD)
Good oral and written communication skills
