Objective:
Ensure efficient, compliant, and accurate financial operations, including overseeing purchase orders, billing, collections, and record-keeping. Lead initiatives to enhance financial management, collaborate with stakeholders to improve policies and procedures, and meet regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Receive and Confirm Purchase Orders: Validate and acknowledge receipt of client purchase orders.
2. Inform Operations about New Purchase Orders: Promptly communicate new orders to the operations team.
3. Maintain Record Tracker: Keep comprehensive project document records.
4. Prepare Billing Invoices: Generate error-free invoices for client services.
5. Follow-up on Collections: Ensure timely client payment follow-up to reduce overdue accounts.
6. Prepare Monthly Summary Report: Compile a monthly report on billing and collections activities.
7. Update Aging of Accounts Receivable: Monitor and update accounts receivable aging.
8. Attend Client and Operations Meetings: Provide financial insights and address compliance matters.
9. Acquire Bonds for Projects: Obtain required bonds for new projects.
10. Reconciliation of Accounts: Regularly reconcile financial accounts.
11. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
