Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in automation & manual software testing
Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, and test scripting using Python.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with API testing and web services (RESTful APIs)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
Proficiency in using test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings as part of an agile development team, test planning, estimation, and reporting activities
Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Create, review, and execute manual test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
