Interior Designer cum Sales

DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:

Interior Design

· Create design concept from concept to execution.

· Conduct design requirements for the following businesses – Build & Sell, Airbnb, residential and commercial properties.

· Interpret architectural designs and specifications, labor, materials, and other factors.

· Develop interior design concepts with functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

· Source and select materials, furniture, fixtures taking into account budget and quality standards.

Sales management

· Research information for potential buyers and tenants regarding property features, pricing, lease rates, and other details.

· Proactively identify and cultivate leads through various channels including social media, networking, property listings and referrals.

· Facilitate negotiations and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of Interior Design or similar relevant field

· At least 1 year experience as Interior Designer

· Understanding of design fundamentals, design principles, colors, and layout design

· With proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other related platforms

· Prior experience in real estate sales

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Creative, artistic, and keen to detail.
