Quality Specialist - Microsoft Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (i.e L1 helpdesk / tech support process) including at least one year as a quality auditor. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Exposure in Microsoft 365 products is a must.

Language RequirementFluent in spoken and written English. Able to converse and provide technical support in English through various channels Calls, Emails & Live ChatWorking knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT to complete reporting and documentation efficiently and effectivelyAbility to work closely with the quality team to ensure consistencyAbility to understand and use basic analytical methods to identify problems for simple client scenarios and to recommend solutions
