Construction Manager - Mechanical

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

At least 10 years of Construction & Project Execution Management specializing in Power Plant (Hydropower plant, Binary Plant, Chemical, Geothermal, LNG Facilities and Refineries,) Infrastructure Projects, and Railways.

Strong Technical Competencies - Construction and Project Execution

Strong Leadership competencies, Client and Staff Management.

Willing to be assigned in Visayas assignment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and oversee all construction activities of project assignment and scope of works.

Prepare overall site status reports with respect to construction activities.

Conduct regular project site inspection.

Ensure that commitment schedule and time table of construction activities are met within the time frame.

Responsible in managing all staff and personnel working in the project site.
