Qualifications:
Business course graduate
1-2 years experience in General Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Good communication skills and comprehension
Responsibilities:
General Accounting
Organize and categorize accounting documents following established filling systems and procedures
Maintain physical and digital and filling systems to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility of documents
Assist with reconciliation processes by retrieving necessary documents and records
Collaborate with other accounting personnel to ensure the efficiency of workflow and record-keeping
Conduct monthly and quarterly inventory count in coordination with Warehouse
Record daily recording of Non-Trade Collection forwarded by Treasury to be used in the Journal Voucher Entries
Communicate with the Treasury Department the needed documents for the recording of Non-Trade Collection
Coordinating and collaborating with colleagues for overall effectiveness and efficiency of accounting records.
Report and Admin Function
Keep a list of files both physical and digital copies
Organizes and scans Journal Vouchers, Expense Reports, and other related accounting documents.
Other works that might assigned from time to time.
